1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery only for wrong product or damaged product.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable).
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items showing signs of damage or alterations by third parties will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Additional charges may apply if the new item has a higher price than the original purchase.

5. Warranty & Repairs

  • We offer a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling are not covered under the warranty.
  • Repairs may be offered at an additional cost if the issue is not covered under warranty.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at infomoniya@vibhacares.com or call 9596872020 to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • We will provide a return shipping label or instructions for sending the item back.
  • Securely pack the item and send it to our return address.
  • For early and hassle-free refund customers are requested to make a video while opening the package
