4. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for wrong or damaged product only provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Customers are advised to make video recording of opening of package to claim damaged product delivery for products not under Open Package Delivery.
